From the Director

The concept of a one-stop center creates convenience for the Service members and their Families who utilize services in and around Walter Reed, but it also creates a sense of synergy among a staff that was, at one time, channeled and managed by different entities. The development of an Executive Services Directorate encompasses many key components: Protocol, Events Coordination, Strategic Communication, Visitor's Bureau and more. Each of these sections has their unique place within the organization and each section builds and relies on the other for support. Through this network we are able to enhance every visitor's experience at Walter Reed. With our primary mission of supporting both past and present Warriors and their Families, we coordinate all visits - from the President of the United States to General Officers, members of Congress, civic groups, and everyday Americans who want to thank our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines for their service.
